After seeing their fancy stockings hanging up for days and days (they'd been allowed to play with their wildlife stockings), the boys were completely shocked to see wrapping paper peaking out. Delighted, they hollered to Daddy to hurry up, then we had a not-so-civilized stocking fest---my favortie part of Christmas morning! We followed it up with cinnamon rolls and a fantastic Mrs. Johnson recipe egg dish, and of course, candy.
