St. Patrick's Day Soliders

 

We hit Coeur d'Alene for Saint Patrick's Day and had a great lunch with Opa. We even walked through the Plaza Shoppes (something we never do). There's a great antique store that has a hunting/outdoorsy leaning. So fun. I did pepper our whole browsing experience with, "Hands in your pockets!
For this shot Phil had said, "Stand like a solider" and this is what we got. I think Deacon is an archer? We did a breezy boardwalk walk, complete with four heart attacks (one for each time Deacon tripped next to the unrailed side of the docks). Near the corner lookout facing Tubbs Hill two bald eagles flew overhead; I always forget how huge they are in real life, and they were so close.
I love Coeur d'Alene!
