Buttermilk Bread

 

We tried another bread recipe (Kathryn's), and we loved it! I forced Phil to try a piece (who's not up for hot-from-the-oven-bread?) and then he declared it was amazing (and this is not a man that goes nutzo over his carbs. We've made it lots since, and it's so, so good.
