Deacon was very excited to show me the snake that Daddy had caught for him. After our photo shoot of the snake and his home (inside a plastic pitcher with grass, a bungee, and some toys), Deacon showed me their game: ad nauseum catch and release. The snake was a good sport and never bit. Deacon was a good sport and didn't cry too much when Bryce, the next morning, accdently knocked over the snake's home for a permanent release.
And summer hasn't even begun!
