Marksmanship

 

Earlier Phil did a little a target practice . . . then, Deacon reenacted things to teach Kyle. It was adorable. That sort of backwoods-Idaho-redneck-banjo adorable wherein you think it's so cute to see one son teach another all about marksmanship--albeit with a Nerf gun. Deacon's praise and encouragement were constant: You did it! Look at the bullet hole! Okay, now pull the trigger again! Don't worry, it's not loud! Deacon was beyond sweet, and could have gone on instructing for much longer than Kyle was a willing student.
