After waking up to stockings in bed (where we realized just how fully Deacon disliked wrapping paper and tape),we zipped to Yakima for the Thomas (Phil's mom's family's) festivities. Hors d'oeurves, stocking presents, more hors d'oeurves, gifts-gifts-gifts, lots of playing, gifts-gifts-gifts, and to finish it off, a delicious dinner and dessert! The Thomas family (Dale & Becky host) have a wonderfully roomy house, and so you never feel like your children are unruly or noisey. So peaceful and pleasant--plus what a haul! Our boys are outfitted toy-wise and we are likewise coffee'd and cook-ware'd up!
