Turkey Trauma

Wednesday, April 14th, Phil and Uncle Dan set up turkey camp so they could strike fear into all gobblers on opening day (aka Tax Day for the rest of America). Friday, they brought home two big fat birds and Deacon was enthralled . . . Bryce not so much.
Uncle Dan might have wanted to mount his (or whatever it is one does with turkey toms), but Deacon saved him any such decision making by zealously stroking the turkey back to front, and dismantling a feather or two.
