Water Freebies

We headed out on a cold and rainy day to attend a Moscow Water Company bbq . . . but really because I'm cheap and wanted to enter the family pool pass giveaway. Whether "legal" or not I entered under each of our names--I'm hoping that if our family wins it's at least not via Deacon's entry. He might be able to say that the he liked the bbq because he got a coloring book and water bottle, but I don't think he'll be able to give any opinions on water conservation.
