A week from yesterday we joined up with our Coeur d'Alene cousins and aunt and uncle and Granddaddy at a couple different Green Bluff orchards. (I'd been there peach-picking with my friend, Mick, years and husbands and kids ago, and then again with ALCP English language students; but going there with your family and bushel of kids was super fun and busy and not so relaxing--thank goodness for pumpkin doughnuts.) Our first sop was at Siemer's Farm, the boys loved the little log cabin, complete with porch swing, bunker, and dining amenities. We played Big Bad Wolf and they put us up to huffing and puffing. Of course, a little log cabin is now on Phil's to-do list . . .
