Equine Gender Barriers

Not because I had to stop anything, but just as a general rule of thumb reminder, I just told Deacon he was not allowed to touch Dolly [the horse we're boarding for a neighbor] with his sword. "Okay! Okay!" Deacon cheerfully answered, "I won't Mommy!"

Bryce, who always wants to make sure he completely understands the whys and wherefores, said with a very strong questioning tone, "because she's a girl horse, Mommy?"

Heaven help any geldings that wander our way.
