My mom, Greta, was diagnosed with breast cancer just over a week ago. After getting an all clear she just knew something wasn't right so at that routine mammogram she had the confidence to face the scary-unknown and ask the tech to look again--and a tiny tumor was discovered. Mom's treatment plan is set, she is brave. Praise God for medical advances and brave grandmas!
Ladies, get those mammograms!
Sounds like they caught it early? Scary stuff - we'll be praying for her.
ReplyDeleteIt was caught very early! They won't know for sure until they remove the tumor and do all their tests . . . but they think its a low stage.
